Role Description

We’re seeking a Content Creator who will be the voice and storyteller of Satmi. You’ll craft meaningful, engaging, and visually compelling content that inspires our community to pause, reflect, and grow. From social media posts and short-form videos to blogs and newsletters — your words and creativity will bring our mission to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Satmi’s values and audience (mindfulness, spirituality, self-care, and growth).
• Create engaging and authentic content for social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), blog articles, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the founder and design team to translate ideas into inspiring stories and visuals.
• Stay attuned to trends in the wellness and mindful living space while maintaining Satmi’s unique tone and voice.
• Repurpose content across formats (video, text, reels, stories) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Support community-building through thoughtful captions, storytelling, and interactive content.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in content creation, ideally in wellness, spirituality, or lifestyle spaces. A portfolio showcasing diverse formats (video editing skills in CapCut or Adobe Premiere a plus) is essential.
• Skills: Strong writing and storytelling abilities with an empathetic, poetic touch. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar for visuals; basic SEO and social media savvy. Bonus: Experience with audio production or meditation scripting.
• Mindset: Deep personal passion for mindfulness and self-growth—bonus if you've led workshops or built a personal following. You're adaptable, self-motivated (perfect for a bootstrapped vibe), and thrive in ambiguity while keeping things zen.
