Role Overview:

Content Creator at Flashoot Luxe

We’re looking for someone who understands aesthetics, storytelling, and brand DNA and can bring all three together through visually striking content.

This is a hands-on, on-ground role that involves planning, executing, and directing shoots from moodboarding to final edits, while collaborating with photographers, stylists, and production teams.

If you're obsessed with details, love luxury fashion, and can craft content that turns heads on Instagram, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate, plan, and execute luxury brand shoots end-to-end
• Develop concepts and moodboards that align with brand tone and aesthetics
• Manage on-ground execution location, styling, shoot coordination, and timelines
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and talent
• Create high-performing Instagram content (Reels, Posts, BTS, Stories)
• Edit and deliver quick turnaround content optimized for social media
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, storytelling, and visual appeal across assets
• Coordinate with clients during shoots and manage expectations professionally

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, lifestyle/fashion shoots, or brand marketing
• Strong visual sense and understanding of luxury brand language
• Excellent shoot management and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Instagram-first content creation: Reels, BTS, Mood edits, Stories
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing on-site teams and clients
• Working knowledge of editing tools.
• Experience working with stylists, MUAs, and talent is a plus
• Available for on-site shoots in and around Hyderabad
