Content Creator – Pre-Primary Program

About Us:

Antahin Abha Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to improving early learning outcomes for underprivileged children in rural West Bengal. Our Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) initiative includes two offerings—one for pre-primary and another for primary students—designed to make learning joyful, inclusive, and rooted in activity-based pedagogy.

We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our Pre-Primary Program team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in early childhood education, a flair for developing engaging, play-based learning materials, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring concepts to life for children aged 3–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop activity-based and play-oriented learning content aligned with ECCE principles.
• Create child-friendly lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and stories that promote joyful learning.
• Collaborate closely with the program team, illustrators, and educators to ensure contextual and culturally relevant content.
• Ensure that all content aligns with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF), National Education Policy (NEP), and child-centric pedagogy.
• Participate in regular feedback, review, and refinement cycles to maintain high-quality output.
• Support documentation of learning materials and contribute to program reports as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, curriculum design, or teaching-learning material development—preferably for early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of NCF and NEP guidelines, and play-based / activity-based pedagogy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate, and inclusive content for pre-primary learners.
• Working knowledge of Bangla is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
• A dynamic team player with creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for joyful learning.
• Comfort with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive) and digital collaboration tools.

Job Type: Full-time
