About Us: Antahin Abha Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to improving early learning outcomes for underprivileged children in rural West Bengal. Our Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) initiative includes two offerings—one for pre-primary and another for primary students—designed to make learning joyful, inclusive, and rooted in activity-based pedagogy. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to lead the Pre-Primary Program —a passionate senior educator with deep experience in Early Childhood Education , curriculum development, and teacher engagement. The ideal candidate will lead content creation in alignment with NEP, NCF, and current Government policies and schemes, and oversee seamless coordination between the content and field operations teams. Job description: Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end development of activity-based and play-oriented learning content for pre-primary children (ages 3–6). Ensure all content aligns with NCF and ECCE guidelines and reflects child-centric pedagogy. Supervise a small team of content creators, illustrators, and educators—providing direction, feedback, and mentorship. Collaborate closely with the ground operations team to ensure effective implementation and contextual adaptation of content. Conduct regular quality checks , feedback sessions, and progress tracking across pilot centers and partner schools. Liaise with external experts, consultants, and educational partners to enhance content quality and delivery models. Document program milestones, prepare progress reports, and contribute to donor communication and program evaluation. Qualifications Minimum 6–8 years of experience in ECCE, preferably in curriculum design, teacher training, or academic coordination roles. Passion for education and a desire to create positive social change including prior experience working with NGOs, schools, or education-focused organizations preferred. Strong analytical skills - interpreting data and best practices for easy use. Experience using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and basic comfort with digital tools for collaboration is an added advantage. Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field. Excellent communication, team management, and organizational skills.
