Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage

  360° digital marketing campaigns

  across all platforms (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, and content).
• Create engaging

  Instagram Reels

  , and other short-form video content to grow our online presence.
• Manage and update company social media accounts with fresh, creative content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for higher ROI.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing posts and marketing materials.
• Handle basic website updates and ensure content is optimized for SEO.
• Assist in event promotions, webinars, and student engagement activities.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our campaigns innovative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Strong understanding of

  social media trends, especially Instagram Reels

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads is preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
