Content Creator

About the job

We’re looking for a Content who lives and breathes storytelling through video. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Creative Director to conceptualise, shoot, and edit engaging content -ads, reels, and brand films; transforming them into polished, on-brand videos ready for digital distribution.

Production:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan video shoots, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during video production.
• Set up interviews, UGC shoots, social media content, and ad video shoots both indoors and outdoors.
• Manage location scouting, framing, and scene setups to capture professional-quality footage.

Post-Production:

• Edit footage into compelling video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Add sound design, voiceovers, graphics, lower-thirds, and transitions.
• Colour grading, noise correction, and rendering for multiple platforms (Reels, YouTube, OTT, Ads).
• Collaborate with the motion graphics team for enhanced visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualities:

• A storyteller mindset with strong attention to visual detail.
• Comfortable with both solo shoots and team setups.
• Flexible and agile—ready to adapt to different types of content (corporate, fun, narrative, testimonial, etc.).
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Experience: Video editing: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
