Role Description

We’re seeking a dynamic, camera-friendly intern who thrives on creativity and isn’t afraid to push boundaries. Your main job? Be the face of our social channels—think bold, experimental, and fun content that gets people talking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideate and star in engaging short-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Brainstorm and execute “crazy” content ideas that align with brand goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and content calendars
• Edit and post content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Stay ahead of trends and suggest fresh concepts
• Represent THE SEARCHBERG’s voice with confidence and authenticity

Requirements:

• Comfortable and energetic in front of the camera
• Creative mindset with a flair for storytelling and humor
• Strong grasp of social media trends and formats
• Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop)
• Willingness to experiment and take creative risks
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in content creation or performing arts is a plus
