Your role will involve ideating, scripting, shooting, and editing original YouTube videos aligned with our brand voice. You will need to research trending topics, formats, and creators to stay ahead of the curve and optimize videos for reach, including thumbnails, titles, SEO, and retention strategies. Collaboration with design, marketing, and social teams for cross-platform visibility is crucial, as is monitoring performance analytics and continuously improving content strategies. Engaging with the audience through comments, polls, and community posts is also a key part of this role. To excel in this position, you should bring a genuine passion for YouTube and digital storytelling, along with strong communication and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Shorts, and content trends is essential, as is basic to intermediate video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar. A self-starter attitude combined with creativity and consistency will be highly valued. Additionally, having on-camera presence or a willingness to appear on screen would be a bonus.
