Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality multimedia content that resonates with our target audience across digital platforms. This role goes beyond writing — it requires creativity across video, social media, and visual storytelling to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce multimedia content (videos, reels, stories, social posts) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Write engaging captions, short-form scripts, and content copy aligned with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketers to execute creative campaigns.
• Shoot and edit short videos and behind-the-scenes content on-site.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and platform-specific formats.
• Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Monitor post-performance and audience engagement, and iterate content strategy accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Comfortable working in front of the camera or directing others.
• Strong understanding of trends and best practices across social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite at our office full-time.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of photography and studio lighting.
• Experience in influencer collaborations or community engagement.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
