As a Content Creator at Xylem Learning in Kozhikode, you will play a pivotal role in redefining education through the creation of engaging, high-quality content that informs, educates, and inspires. You will be responsible for developing and publishing multimedia content such as videos, articles, and social media posts, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging. Collaboration with internal teams including design, video, and marketing is essential to maintain quality and brand consistency. Your creative mindset and attention to detail will drive the brainstorming and pitching of innovative content ideas and storytelling formats. It is crucial to uphold brand voice, tone, and visual style across all content to reinforce our brand identity. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, with a focus on video, writing, or social media. Proficiency in scripting and directing video content is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with teams. Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory, while a working knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in storyboarding, scripting, and content planning will be advantageous, as well as familiarity with basic video editing tools. Awareness of social media trends and prior experience in team coordination and leadership are additional skills that will be beneficial in this role.
