Role Overview

We are looking for a standout Content Creator who can turn ideas into high impact content that drives brand love, engagement, and conversions. Someone who understands speed, quality, and the energy of a fast scaling travel company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high performing content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp channels, website, and ads.
• Conceptualise and script short form video content around travel, founder insights, behind the scenes, customer stories, and Deyor culture.
• Shoot raw videos and coordinate with editors to deliver polished output.
• Build a strong content calendar and maintain consistency in tone, quality, and brand narrative.
• Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and create content that drives measurable results.
• Interview customers, travellers, and team members to create authentic stories.
• Track trends and apply them to Deyor’s travel centric style.

Requirements

• Strong command over English and Hindi.
• Proven experience in creating short form video content that performs.
• Basic shooting skills using phone or camera.
• Understanding of social media platforms and what works on each.
• Good storytelling ability and creative instinct.
• Ability to work fast, stay proactive, and think like an owner.

Good to Have

• Experience working with founders or fast growing startups.
• Past work in travel, lifestyle, or youth focused brands.
• Video editing skills.
