Role Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, witty, camera-friendly, trend-savvy

Brand Content Creator

to join our team full-time. Someone who understands internet language, and knows how to make content that connects with product integration.

Key Responsibilities

Own & execute the monthly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.), tailored for platform-native behavior and trends.
Be the face of the brand in content — create content IPs, reels, UGC-style skits, behind-the-scenes stories, and relatable everyday narratives.
Create original content — reels, short videos. Your voice is the brand’s voice.
Shoot with real people, on real locations — think public reactions, street-style challenges, real-user demos, vox pops, or relatable slice-of-life skits.
Work closely with design, marketing & product teams to translate brand goals into content that connects and converts.
coordinate with editors. You should know what cuts, hooks, and pacing work.
Stay on top of trends, memes, audio, and formats — and act fast. Timing is everything.
Track content performance, identify what’s working (or not), and constantly evolve content based on insights.
Pitch and execute new content series — from trend-led moments to evergreen IPs.

Requirements

2–4 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably in consumer/D2C or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Shorts.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a flair for humor and relatability.
Basic video shooting/editing and design skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite).
A knack for understanding what works across different platforms and why.
