Role: Content Coordinator

Experience: 2-3 years

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for task management, sprint coordination, and seamless collaboration across departments to ensure the smooth execution of website product updates and content workflows. This role is essential in bridging communication between the marketing, buying, content, design, and tech teams, ensuring all deliverables are met accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Task Management:

  • Create, assign, and monitor tasks across various teams using project management tool Click Up.
  • Maintain visibility of task progress, dependencies, blockers, and deadlines.
  • Track task completion status and ensure timely follow-ups.

Sprint Planning & Scrum Coordination:

  • Organize and lead weekly sprint planning and daily scrum calls.
  • Ensure alignment of sprint goals with team deliverables.
  • Track sprint progress, backlog items, and escalate any risks or delays.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Act as a central point of communication between the marketing, buying, content, design, and HTML/Tech teams.
  • Ensure everyone is aligned on timelines, priorities, and expectations.
  • Facilitate real-time updates and clear communication across departments.
  • Plan and facilitate ad-hock/unplanned tasks smoothly without cross department conflict.

Product & Content Workflow Tracking:

  • Coordinate end-to-end product content upgrades, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Track changes, version updates, and live status of product content on the website.
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming product launches, reworks, and updates.

Coordination with Buying Team:

  • Liaise regularly with the buying and logistics teams to track incoming products, stock availability, and new launches.
  • Ensure content updates are aligned with buying timelines and promotional strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain documentation of processes, task logs, and communication trails.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders on project and sprint progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, content management, or operations in an e-commerce or digital environment.
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A basic understanding of e-commerce operations, website product content structure, and digital workflows is a plus.
