Reports To: Content Lead

Role Summary

The Content Coordinator supports catalog operations by creating, uploading, and maintaining high-quality product content for the quick commerce customer app. This role ensures SKU-level accuracy, timely content updates, and alignment with promotional and assortment strategies. The Content Coordinator works closely with the Content Lead and assortment team to deliver error-free, customer-ready product data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Creation & Upload: Upload product images, attributes, descriptions, and other relevant details to the catalog with zero errors.

● SKU Accuracy: Maintain accurate SKU-level data, including pack size, MRP, and product specifications.

● Product Tagging: Tag products with the correct categories and attributes to ensure proper app categorization and searchability.

● New Launches Support: Coordinate with the assortment team to prepare and upload content for new product launches.

● Content Audits: Conduct regular checks to identify and correct errors in product content.

● Promotional Content: Execute content updates for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offerings as directed by the Content Lead.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Data Accuracy: Achieve zero errors in SKU data uploads and content management.

● Turnaround Time: Complete daily content uploads and updates within ≤ 24 hours.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

● Proficiency in basic Excel and data entry tools for catalog management.

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● Basic understanding of e-commerce catalog operations and customer-facing content.

● Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Experience & Education

● Experience: 1–3 years in catalog management, content operations, or data entry, preferably in e-commerce or quick commerce.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Work Environment

● Fast-paced quick commerce setting requiring precision and speed.

● Collaborative role working closely with the Content Lead and assortment team.
