Description
You’ll be working with the core marketing team and influencers to turn Bella Babe into a viral mood. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Viral content ideation & reels planning: Research and pitch trending reel formats, audios, and visual hooks daily Brainstorm funny, moody, or aesthetic content ideas aligned with the brand tone Plan reel shoots, organize references, and assist in scripting/visual storytelling Static content creation & posting: Create Instagram posts, carousels, and captions for ongoing campaigns Work with the design team (or Canva) to turn content ideas into post-worthy graphics Maintain a posting calendar and ensure consistent brand presence Organic engagement & commenting strategy: Drop clever, witty comments on viral posts, trending reels, and celeb/influencer content Engage with fashion/lifestyle pages to boost Bella Babe’s discoverability Monitor DMs, replies, and mentions for real-time interaction Influencer collaboration (barter & paid): Reach out to micro & mid-tier influencers for barter collabs Share campaign briefs, finalize deliverables, and ensure timely content delivery Coordinate UGC-style ad content creation from influencers and creators Page growth & analytics: Track followers, reach, engagement, saves, and top-performing content Suggest what’s working (and what’s not), and adapt the strategy weekly Keep a sharp eye on IG trends, viral audio, and competitor moves About Company: Bella Babe by SK is a contemporary fashion label redefining comfort with a luxe twist.
