Job Description

We're looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented

Founder's Office Intern

to support high-impact digital content initiatives. You'll work directly with the founder across multiple content channels, from YouTube to blog to social media, and get hands-on exposure to how strategic content decisions are made and executed in a fast-paced digital agency.This is a role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives on learning, and wants to understand the âwhyâ behind content, not just the âhow.â

What You'll Do

  • Upload videos to our YouTube channel with optimized descriptions, tags, and end screens
  • Make minor video edits (cuts, intros, outros, etc.) using basic editing tools
  • Design catchy thumbnails for videos that grab attention
  • Write and suggest YouTube titles that are clear and clickable
  • Transcribe videos into clean, readable text
  • Convert transcriptions into engaging blog posts
  • Assist with content editing and proofreading across blog and video descriptions
  • Occasionally help write or repurpose content for social media or email

You Should Have

  • Basic video editing knowledge (any tool like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, etc.)
  • Eye for visual design, especially with thumbnails and formatting
  • Strong written English and an ear for conversational tone
  • Familiarity with YouTube, blog CMS (like WordPress), or transcription tools is a plus
