Consumer Banking - Field Expense and Headcount Reporting and Analytics - Analyst

Role Overview: You will be working as a Consumer Banking - Field Expense and Headcount Reporting and Analytics Analyst within the Consumer Banking Field Finance team. Your role will involve supporting the Consumer and Business Banking sub-lob by providing Performance and Financial Reporting and Analytics, Planning and Analysis services to internal customers such as Finance and Business Management leads and field finance management teams. Key Responsibilities: - Produce Field Expense and Headcount performance review materials, monthly P&A decks for senior business management leads, and Business Leaders within the Branch network hierarchy. - Perform various Expense reporting, Hierarchy management, and adhoc tasks related to branch expenses and headcount analytics. - Provide commentary and insights on business performance to facilitate discussions on exceptions in trends and other focus areas, bringing them to management attention. - Conceptualize and develop new reporting decks for tracking and driving performance around various field initiatives. - Support the Field expense and headcount agenda during budget and forecast cycles. - Address multiple ad hoc requests from the Business and Senior Management, ranging from understanding trends in performance to providing insights on field performance and key strategic initiatives. - Constantly explore opportunities to automate existing reports. Qualifications Required: - MBA (Finance) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience, specialized in Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance, performance reporting and analytics, metric/business scorecards. - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skills. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse finance and business management teams. - Ability to multitask and work autonomously within a team environment. - Ability to research issues/problems and provide a "solution-based" approach. - Adaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environment. - Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., use of pivot tables, macros, arrays, etc.). - Strong knowledge of Essbase. Preferred Qualifications: - Working knowledge of any ETL/Analytical/BI tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, etc.) is beneficial but not mandatory. (Note: Shift timings are from 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm),
