Role Overview: As a senior-level consulting TECHNICAL ARCHITECT within Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), you will provide innovative solution leadership to project teams. Your role involves leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. You will analyze business needs to ensure that Oracle solutions meet customers" objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering technical solutions for non-routine and complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Additionally, you will provide direction to project teams and influence customer leadership on key decisions, resolving complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Your proficiency in multiple business processes across product families or in architecting technology solutions will be instrumental in decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct holistic technical design reviews - Address performance and scalability issues - Optimize integrations and NetSuite customizations - Provide data management consultation and guidance - Offer consultative guidance on ERP leading practices - Analyze customers" business and technical requirements for scalable NetSuite use - Review technical feature gaps and devise appropriate solutions - Lead customers and partners in NetSuite environment usage and design considerations - Work with partners to implement recommendations - Collaborate with Product organization to ensure adoption of new product technical changes - Lead technical feature discussions and ensure understanding and adoption by customers and partners Qualification Required: - 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of consulting experience - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred - Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus - Effective communication skills - Ability to build rapport with team members and clients - Ability to be self-directed, multi-task, and lead others with minimal supervision - Strong analytical skills - Demonstrated expertise in performance, integrations, technical architecture, or software development - Experience in end-to-end business process flows - Hands-on experience in areas such as ERP systems performance and scalability, data extraction strategy, SaaS/Cloud architectures, Oracle database architecture, integrations, ETL tools, etc. - Desired experience in software development, database concepts, ERP technology frameworks, infrastructure, performance assessment, release management, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be self-directed and motivated - Experience with NetSuite SuiteTalk, SOAP integrations, or REST integrations Additional Company Details: Oracle, a world leader in cloud solutions, partners with industry leaders across sectors and thrives on integrity even after 40+ years of operation.
