As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Your role will involve leading the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) to ensure high quality, integrated solutions within the constraints of time and budget. Responsibilities: - Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives by leveraging industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. - Recommend and justify enhancements to Oracle products to meet complex customer needs. - Exercise creativity and independent judgment to deliver functional and technical expertise on various business and technology solutions. - Lead experienced consulting teams on challenging projects and work on significant and unique issues. - Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor to influence decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. - Drive customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. - Create new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands, and competitive product offerings.
