Consulting Practice Manager

The manager-level position entails managing and mentoring the Integration Practice within the GDC CA Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the practice, which includes people management, portfolio/delivery management, and sales enablement. Your key responsibilities will include being accountable for the overall delivery and business results of the practice. You will need to maintain the practice direction, ensure the quality of consulting delivery, and uphold customer referenceability. It will be essential to ensure that operational policies are adhered to and that business objectives are met through the implementation of best practices and process improvements. Developing plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve the business plan will be part of your role. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a revenue stream and customer base, typically overseeing individual contributors and providing advice for moderately complex engagements.
