Dr. Joshi’s specializes in delivering an integrative approach to cancer treatment, combining the best of conventional oncology with Ayurvedic and alternative care. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to enhancing patient outcomes, improving quality of life, and advancing cancer care through evidence-based and holistic interventions.


Role Overview :

The Consulting Medical Oncologist will be responsible for patient consultations, treatment planning, and collaborative case management in an integrative care setting. The role involves working closely with our in-house Ayurvedic and alternative medicine specialists to create individualized treatment plans that combine modern oncology protocols with complementary therapies. Additionally, the oncologist will contribute to clinical studies, treatment audits, and research projects to improve patient care outcomes.


Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive consultations with cancer patients, reviewing medical history, diagnostics, and ongoing treatments.

Develop integrative treatment plans in collaboration with Ayurvedic, naturopathic, and other alternative care physicians.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols for optimal clinical and quality-of-life outcomes.

Participate in clinical research, case studies, and outcome tracking for integrative cancer treatment modalities.

Provide guidance and education to patients and caregivers on the role of integrative care in cancer treatment.

Review and validate clinical protocols to ensure evidence-based and patient-safe practices.

Support internal training programs for allied health professionals and alternative care practitioners.

Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in alignment with medical and legal guidelines.


Qualifications & Requirements :

MD/DNB in Medical Oncology or equivalent recognized qualification.

Valid medical license to practice in India.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in oncology (consulting or clinical).

Interest or prior exposure to integrative/holistic medicine approaches.

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.

Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Commitment to ongoing research, innovation, and continuous learning.
