As a Healthcare Consulting Analyst at Huron, you will engage in impactful and challenging work by utilizing innovative problem-solving and analytical thinking. Collaborating with team members, you will propose unique solutions for various clients across the Healthcare Industry. Your role will involve aiding clients in stabilizing current business operations and driving future growth through revenue enhancement programs, cost containment initiatives, technology system upgrades, leadership development, and improved patient outcomes. Responsibilities: - Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data and effectively communicating synthesized results to senior internal team members - Conducting metric analyses and distributing reports - Supporting project kick-off activities - Preparing meeting materials and notes - Collaborating with internal team members during projects, including presenting key takeaways, communicating project updates, and organizing project logistics - Updating work plans to support project timelines Core Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required - 2 to 3 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare operations or consulting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Strong written and verbal English skills - Effective critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail - Located in or near Bangalore; role requires an individual to be in the office Position Level: Senior Analyst Country: India,
