Job Description

We are looking for skilled SAP VIM Consultants with 7 to 12 years of experience to work on a contract-to-hire basis in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP VIM implementation and configuration.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure SAP VIM modules, including Invoice Capture Center and Business Capture Center.
Design and develop workflows for invoice approval and payment processing.
Configure and manage exception handling and workflow scenarios.
Develop and maintain standard and custom reports using SAP VIM tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP VIM functionality.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP VIM implementation and configuration.
Strong knowledge of SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as Ariba.
Experience in handling complex enhancements in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
Proficient level of experience with SAP S/4 FI and SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to write functional specifications, configuration rationale, and other project-related documents.
Sound knowledge of configurations in VIM Invoice Capture Center or Business Capture Center /IES, Barcoding, Open Text Archive Server, and integration with SAP AP, AR, GL, and other external applications such as Ariba.
Experience in interfacing with PI/PO, CIG.
Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText Certification preferred.
