Invitin g applications for the role of Consultant_ Oracle P2P Functional In this role, you will function as P2P Functional lead and will be responsible for understandin g the client requirements, business process and implement on existin g Oracle EBS R12 application. You should have an end-to-end understandin g of Procure to pay life cycle, knowled g e of Order to Cash, Inventory and Project accountin g business process. Responsibilities You will have an opportunity to work with business people to have a real time understandin g of business problems & desi g n the solution that fits into the customer needs. Your role will function as a Functional Lead, provide solution for P2P business requirements usin g either confi g uration of standard functionality or desi g n extentions /enhancements & inte g rations and add additional value to the deliverables. Lead requirements g atherin g , CRP sessions, Functional solution desi g n reviews with business team Conduct review meetin g s and obtain si g n-off for the functional deliverables (such as requirements, functional desi g n, use cases, confi g uration documents, test cases). Participate in end to end project lifecycle activities in SDLC. Independently propose and implement strate g ic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems. Re g ular interactions with business SMEs, business IT team and product vendor for clarifications, requirement discussions, discussions around solution/approach etc. Deliver hi g h quality deliverables within the a g reed deadlines. Support for QA/UAT & Re g ression testin g , co-ordinate with product vendor for resolvin g the testin g issues. Willin g ness to learn new technolo g ies /business areas, so as to contribute effectively to market Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications CA/CPA/MBA/ M.Com /B Tech/ MCA G ood customer interaction, written & verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Experience on Oracle EBS 11i or R12 implementation and support projects as functional lead/consultant. Experience on Oracle P2P implementation and support projects. Experience on Oracle SCM Modules (INV, PO, OM etc.,) Advanced procurement knowled g e - AME, complex POs, BPAs, iProc punchout, iSupplier , eInvoicin g etc. Knowled g e of Accounts payable and inventory desirable. Basic knowled g e of order mana g ement. Work experience of custom interfaces and le g acy inte g rations. Experience in conductin g Requirement, CRP & Desi g n workshops. Experienced in documentations like TE020, TE050 BP80, BR100, MD050 etc. Stron g problem solvin g and troubleshootin g skills with the ability to exercise mature jud g ment. Experience on Test case creation and execution of QA/SIT & UAT testin g . Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
