Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as a Consultant in the TAX - ITTS - Advisory department, located in Chennai. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients. Conduct tax due diligence and handle various sections of a due diligence exercise. Draft and vet transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, joint ventures agreements, escrow agreements, and term sheets. Provide expert advice on tax-related matters to clients. Stay updated with key technical and functional skills, industry trends, and developments in law. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. ### Job Requirements CA qualification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of legal issues and ability to stay updated on changes in law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with EY's competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Services.
