Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our team as a Consultant in National Tax Services, specifically in ITTS - Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and excellent analytical skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contract terms. Build productive working relationships with clients through effective communication. Research and analyze transaction tax laws, including domestic and international tax, corporate laws, SEBI, FEMA, Competition Act, and stamp duty laws. Prepare deliverables capturing implications from research, using word, PowerPoint, Excel, or email formats. Perform direct tax diligence, scrutinizing past tax issues, records, and compliance, and capture findings in a diligence report. Utilize efficient tax practice processes and tools to maximize productivity. Stay updated on the latest developments and share insights through articles. Maintain up-to-date records of internal documents/working papers and assist in preparing training presentations on recent regulatory developments. ### Job Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of taxation principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments while meeting commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, positive energy, adaptable, and creative approach.
