We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Design, build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch using python.

• Integrate AI/ML models to optimize testing strategies (test selection, results classification, failure prediction etc)

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing in production and straging environments

• Ensure traceability, reproducibility and quality reorting across test activities

• Work cross-functionally with development, DevOps, product and infra teams

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong experience with Python for test automation

• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to testing (model validation, anomaly detection etc)

• Knowledge on QA methodologies: unit, integreation, system, regression, perforamnce testing

• Hands-on experience testing embedded systems, API’s, GUIs and cloud/infra components

• Excellent problem solving and system thinking skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer science, Information technology or related field

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in development, test automation frameworks

• Working experience on Banking Domain such as core banking solutions, payment systems and diginal banking platforms.
