We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Risk and Compliance/CS. In this role, you will: The candidate will act as the go-between for technology and the business, this requires good stakeholder engagement for facilitating meetings and workshops (accommodating different time zones), good organizational skills, prioritization & tenacity. The candidate will need to be able to review and interpret relevant laws, regulatory requirements and industry standards. The candidate will support in managing contracts to ensure completion within deadlines. The candidate will work closely with the central risk and controls team, preparing documentation for risk management meetings, responsible for logging and monitoring risks within RTC. Follow local processes in all markets and prepare governance documentation accordingly. Collaborate with the risk management function to align compliance with enterprise risk management frameworks. Escalate issues of non-compliance and material risk to appropriate stakeholders. Recommend process improvements to mitigate future risks. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Be able to interpret technical designs to be able to articulate to business stakeholders. Have good organisation Have exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels. High level of integrity and ethical conduct. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
