Key Responsibilities :

• As Consultant – IT Portfolio Management, you will work in a team environment to manage customer software licenses and ensure compliance.
• You’ll leverage SAM tools (Snow / Snow Atlas) to help customers understand and control their software licensing entitlements, avoid legal pitfalls, and identify cost-saving opportunities—all while building long-term relationships.
• Manage SAM tools (Snow / Snow Atlas) for license entitlement and compliance.
• Import licenses and agreements into entitlement databases and reconcile deployments.
• Perform analysis and provide recommendations for licensing optimization and cost savings.

• Create customized reports for cost savings and software usage insights

• Serve as SPOC for customer subsidiaries and ensure SLA-based delivery

• Support end-to-end SAM tasks within a managed services model

• 7+ years of experience in SAM or Software Licensing
• Operational knowledge of Snow / Snow Atlas (Mandatory)

• Strong analytical & methodical approach

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work in shifts for global customer support

• Quality-focused, detail-oriented personality

• Relevant Snow (Snow Atlas) Certification will be added advantage.
