Join SoftwareOne's fast-growing IT Portfolio Management (ITPM) team as an Associate Consultant – SAM, where you’ll help global customers gain complete control and visibility over their software assets.

Key Responsibilites

• Manage end-to-end Software Asset Management (SAM) activities for enterprise customers
• Maintain accurate license entitlement & compliance using FlexeraOne
• Perform license imports, reconciliation, and consumption analysis
• Provide actionable insights for cost optimization & risk mitigation
• Support customers through compliance assessments & vendor audits
• Create custom reports to optimize software usage and spend
• Act as Single Point of Contact for subsidiaries across xDC services delivery
• Ensure SLA-driven delivery with strong process adherence
• Lead or support SAM projects in collaboration with global teams

• 4–7 years of experience in SAM or Software Licensing
• Strong expertise in FlexeraOne (Mandatory)
• Deep understanding of Tier-1 publisher licensing — Microsoft, IBM, Adobe, VMware, Oracle
• Strong analytical and methodical skills (Excel proficiency essential)
• Good understanding of Managed Services & ITIL framework
•  Excellent communication, presentation & stakeholder management skills
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shift-based work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
