You will be a part of the "Financial Services Risk Management" team at EY, where you will support banking groups and financial institutions in transforming their Risk and Finance functions to adapt to the evolving environment and maintain performance. - Transform, optimize, and evaluate risk management processes and controls - Implement and review internal rating policies and systems in compliance with regulations - Methodically implement and review the adequacy of capital for banks and financial institutions based on risk appetite (ICAAP, Risk Appetite) - Enhance stress testing and balance sheet projection mechanisms, income statement, and regulatory ratios - Support the implementation of major regulatory frameworks such as CRR/CRD IV (Basel III), Basel IV, BCBS 239, Recovery and Resolution Directive, etc. - Graduated from an engineering/commerce school or university with a specialization in Finance and/or Risk Management - Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in Risk Management or Risk Business Analysis in a financial environment (Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Consulting) - Good knowledge of financing products and the banking environment - Strong analytical skills, rigor, methodical approach, responsibility, autonomy, teamwork, curiosity, dynamism, and proficiency in English EY is a global organization where expertise and innovation converge to build a world of trust and transformation.
