Description
As a part of the Retail Tech team at EY, you will be involved in supporting the transformation of the distribution and luxury sectors by working with IT Directors, Digital Directors, and their teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing strategic projects for the transformation of the distribution & luxury sector - Identifying and selecting the best technological solutions for business needs - Identifying and selecting the best partners for solution implementation - Designing target architectures to address business challenges, developing transformation business cases, and implementing implementation roadmaps - Acting as a Product Owner or Business Analyst to support clients in developing new products such as merchandise management, private label product lifecycle management, warehouse and logistics management, procurement and pricing, e-commerce, omnichannel solutions, and point-of-sale solutions Qualifications Required: - Hold a higher education degree (engineering or business school) with 2 to 7 years of successful experience in the distribution sector - Knowledge of industry players, their positioning, and challenges - Understanding of the evolution of the distribution &/or luxury sector - Expertise in market solutions tailored to the sector (e.g., point-of-sale solutions, product repository management, back-office, cashiering, etc.) and data processing - Familiarity with methodologies and frameworks for managing transformation programs (Agile, DevOps, SAFe, TOGAF, etc.) - Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, ability to develop client relationships, and identify business opportunities - Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory At EY, the recruitment process typically consists of 3 interview stages (HR, operational, Partner) where your English proficiency will also be assessed.
