Job Description

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant with 7 to 13 years of experience, you will contribute significantly to providing top-notch consulting services to clients. You will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing the business needs and challenges of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs and challenges. - Utilizing knowledge of SQL and other analytical tools. - Demonstrating expertise in core banking Domain and customer Domain. - Applying working knowledge of business process mapping and documentation. - Leveraging facilitation skills to ensure accurate requirements elicitation across various stakeholders. - Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Showcasing strong analytical skills and the ability to organize requirements effectively. - Proficiency in Agile, Jira, Confluence, and story grooming. - Conducting requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. - Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices. Qualifications required for this role: - Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance Accounting or a related field. - Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related role. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.,
