Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Functional Design and Architect to collaborate with the Digital and Transformation team to define, deliver, and support IT-enabled business solutions for SAP modules. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in determining business needs, designing technical solutions, and supporting production activities in alignment with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Possess an understanding of the overall business vision and needs to collaborate with stakeholders in defining detailed requirements, interpreting issues, and recommending solutions or best practices. - Define strategic direction, determine business needs, and deliver technical solutions for Plant Maintenance. - Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements and work as an essential member of agile sprint teams for configuration and development of optimal technical solutions. - Support system maintenance, system configuration, and enhancement in alignment with standards, processes, and regulatory requirements. - Create and maintain system lifecycle documents and participate in the Change Control process. - Adhere to regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and exhibit regular attendance.
