Consultant - SAP SF- EC

Role Overview: You will be joining YASH Technologies as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant in Pune_Magarpatta. Your main responsibility will be to configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet customer needs, support system activities, lead system integration efforts, conduct system testing, and document system configurations and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules. - Support activities such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. - Lead or participate in system integration efforts to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. - Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions. - Work with the Product Manager & IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance. - Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution. - Ability to translate business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create a Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with Best Practices. - Experience working on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
