Consultant - SAP SF- EC

As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules. You will support activities such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, you will lead or participate in system integration efforts to ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems. Your role will also involve conducting system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions. You will collaborate with the Product Manager and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, data integrity, and system performance. Furthermore, documenting system configurations, processes, and user guides for reference and future enhancement will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should be certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution and have experience translating business requirements into system configuration objects. You must have worked on MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with best practices.
