Job Description

The PMO RRO (Quality) Consultant will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery through effective governance, quality assurance, and risk management practices. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, monitor compliance, and deliver detailed reports that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project planning, execution, and governance to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Conduct quality assurance audits and validate project deliverables for compliance and accuracy.
Identify project risks, analyze root causes, and recommend mitigation strategies.
Manage and monitor SLAs/KPIs to ensure service quality and escalate issues as necessary.
Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to stakeholders.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and improve process effectiveness.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist in compliance reviews.
Proactively suggest process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, or PMO roles within IT or consulting environments.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Experience in quality control, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficient in report generation and dashboard preparation using Excel and other reporting tools.
Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and supplier interaction.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured SOPs consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Scrum, or Six Sigma.
Exposure to IT service delivery, managed services, or governance frameworks like SIAM.
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, SAC, or other ITSM platforms.
