- Maintain updated and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.- Work towards achieving monthly KRAs (Calls, Meetings, Revenue).- Submit timely reports on activities and results.Desired Background- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or inside sales.- Proven record of meeting sales targets or performance benchmarks.- Proficiency in using phone systems, CRMs, and basic computer applications.- Ability to quickly learn and present product/service details.- Language proficiency in English (required) and at least one regional language: Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.
