Senior Consultant / Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps in operational processes and recommend risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit findings are addressed and remediated.
• Prepare audit reports, risk matrices, and process improvement recommendations for senior management.
• Stay updated with evolving regulations and statutory requirements affecting payroll and HR operations.
• Support

  risk assessments and control testing

  across People-related functions.

Key Requirements:

• Hands on experience in Process mapping in Visio/Signavio.
• Sound understanding of

  operations risk

  ,

  risk management frameworks

  , and internal control evaluation.
• Experience in RCM, control testing.
• Should have worked in BFSI sector preferably banking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with business and HR stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Big 4 / consulting firms / large corporates in internal audit or risk advisory functions.
