Consultant - Product Management

Role Overview: At TransUnion, we believe in empowering our associates to take charge of their professional growth and development. As a Consultant in Product Management within the Global Product team specializing in Fraud & Identity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective Go-to-Market strategy for Digital Risk and other global products in various International markets. Your main objective will be to assist regional teams in achieving revenue and profitability targets while addressing the fraud requirements of TransUnion customers such as Banks, Insurance companies, Telcos, and Fintech firms. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Director, Product GTM to facilitate the successful launch of global Fraud solutions, initially focusing on Device Risk and IP Intelligence products - Work closely with the Head of Fraud, regional Presales, and Sales teams to provide subject matter expertise and support as the junior product line SME - Engage in commercialization efforts in International regions by conducting demos, qualification calls, and responding to RFIs/RFPs - Assist customers through proof of concepts (POCs) and pilot programs in coordination with the regional team - Manage a FAQ document to expedite responses to RFIs/RFPs and support sales processes in different regions - Gather Voice of Customer feedback to act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales engagements - Provide necessary training and assistance to regional product and integration teams to facilitate knowledge sharing on product enhancements - Work with Product Marketing to update competitive intelligence materials regularly - Establish a school of excellence approach for delivering product demonstrations to prospects, enabling independent use by sales teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consulting within the Banking, Financial, or Analytics sectors - Preferably, prior experience with Device Risk, IP Intelligence, or similar Fraud products - Demonstrated track record of successfully launching new products through consultative selling in multiple markets - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Comfortable with a hybrid work model involving both virtual and in-person responsibilities at a TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days per week (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
