Consultant - Product Consulting Group

Role Overview: As a member of the Product Consulting Group at Arcesium, you will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for clients, providing support for platform and workflow-related issues, and ensuring timely resolutions. Your role will involve handling operational queries, coordinating with internal teams for client onboarding, training clients on platform usage, creating documentation, preparing reports, and supporting internal tech teams in operational activities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main Point of Contact for assigned clients, addressing product and application queries and ensuring timely resolutions as per defined SLAs - Manage client mandates from a product consulting perspective, ensuring all queries are addressed satisfactorily - Resolve operational queries raised by clients, providing detailed explanations and coordinating with internal teams as needed - Work with Product and Release managers to onboard new clients and funds - Conduct training sessions for clients on effective usage of the Arcesium platform - Create detailed documentation for future reference - Escalate issues to internal teams or senior management when necessary - Collaborate with TRMs to provide Root Cause Analysis for critical client issues - Prepare MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders - Support internal tech teams in operational activities and expedite resolution of open issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum MBA in a financial discipline - Proficiency in industry and domain knowledge - Technical skillsets including knowledge of Python and other languages (SQL or understanding of C) preferred - Strong academic background with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables - High level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude - Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under stringent deadlines - 2 to 4 years of work experience in the financial services industry supporting middle and back-office trade life cycle, or interacting with Hedge Fund managers and other asset managers will be an advantage - Knowledge of Treasury and/or Swaps, trade lifecycle (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
