Consultant Ophthalmologist

Ayodhya Eye Hospital invites applications for the post of Consultant Ophthalmologist. We are looking for a qualified and committed professional to join our growing team, delivering high-quality eye care services under both regular and Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) patient streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnostic assessments
• Manage OPD and IPD cases independently
• Perform surgeries such as cataract, pterygium, and other anterior segment procedures
• Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement
• Supervise junior doctors and support staff as needed
• Participate in community outreach and PM-JAY activities

Required Qualifications:

• MS/DNB/DO in Ophthalmology from a recognized institute
• Valid registration with State Medical Council / MCI
• 1–10 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong surgical skills may also apply)
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
