Job Description

As an Operations Director, your role will involve overseeing various tasks within the current ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring that all ongoing projects have a well-defined project execution charter in place. It will be your duty to guarantee that all teams are following this charter diligently and meeting their contractual obligations effectively. Another crucial aspect of your job will be to ensure that project deployments align with the agreed terms and that the project's profit and loss statement remains healthy. You will also need to conduct thorough Risk Assessments for each project and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with your team and the client to minimize potential risks. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and act as a subject matter expert for your teams. Working closely with the DC Sector Head, you will participate in creating innovative solutions for new opportunities, enhancing standard operating procedures, and building capabilities to support sector growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with enhancing project performance metrics, including the Net Promoter Score (NPS), and providing training and mentorship to team members to foster their professional development.,
