Consultant, Operational Excellence

Role Overview: You will be working as an Operations Excellence Intern, where you will play a key role in helping the company streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Your primary focus will be on identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes: You will investigate current processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas that can be improved. - Identify improvement opportunities: This involves brainstorming solutions, researching best practices, and suggesting ways to automate tasks or enhance workflows. - Assist with project implementation: You may support in data gathering, presentation development, and progress tracking during the implementation of improvements. - Data analysis and reporting: You will utilize data analysis tools to assess the impact of changes and create reports to share findings with stakeholders. - Contribute to documentation: Your role may include documenting new procedures and best practices to ensure alignment across the team. - Support and leverage processes for sharing best practices. Qualification Required: - Any bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering (Preference for Commerce and Engineering) - Bachelor's qualification in cost accountancy (ICMAI) is advantageous - MBA in Finance, Accountancy, Performance Analysis, Systems or IT, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence - Strong experience in Data Analytics with proficiency in Excel - Comfortable in communication and client-facing roles - Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision Additional Details of the Company: - You should be comfortable working in a mid-day shift. - Business-required travel to office locations in Bangalore, Mumbai & Pune, with occasional hybrid work culture. - International travel to the US and Philippines may be required as per business needs.,
