Consultant Network Manager, International Not-for-Profit Organization

1. POSITIONS VACANT: Consultant Network Coordinators, International Not-for-Profit Organization (INPO), Bhopal, Raipur, Jamshedpur and Bhubaneswar (Four Vacancies)

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:

Our client is a respected international not-for-profit, that works in public health, to improve the health of disadvantaged communities, across the globe.

Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Assist in coordinating the seamless rollout of Udaan Collaborative modules to

onboarded providers and pharmacies, ensuring they are fully prepared and equipped to

deliver services under the program;

(2) Regularly visit enrolled clinics and pharmacies to monitor the module's

implementation, ensuring alignment with the program goals, standards, and protocols;

(3) Offer ongoing technical assistance to healthcare providers, pharmacists, and clinic staff

to help them navigate udaan portal, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the quality of

services;

(4) Gather feedback from doctors, pharmacists, and paramedical staff about the module's

effectiveness and areas for improvement, documenting key insights for internal review;

(5) Organize and support periodic refresher trainings for providers and pharmacy staff to

ensure continuous knowledge upgrades and reinforcement of key module components;

(6) Keep an open line of communication with healthcare providers, pharmacy owners, and

staff to address any concerns, needs, or questions that arise for modules, udaan portal

or program;

(7) Collect, organize, and manage all relevant documentation for reporting to internal and

external stakeholders;

(8) Perform other activities, as assigned by the Supervisor, to achieve organizational goals.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications and Experience

(1) Applicants must have degree in Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field;

(2) Minimum two years of experience in health education, wellness programs, or a similar field is preferred;

Skills and Competencies:

(3) Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi;

(4) Proficiency in developing technical and programmatic documents such as training materials and periodic reports;

(5) Ability to work with diverse technical teams;

(6) Capable of multitasking and working in a multicultural environment;

(7) Ability to manage a variety of assignments under deadline pressure;

(8) Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications;
