Consultant - IT

As a Consultant IT at Flex, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements. Your typical day will involve conducting thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. You will need to have a deep understanding of the Supply Chain Process, particularly the PO Process, Receipts, and Invoice Processing. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed documentation, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and facilitating workshops to elicit information from stakeholders and subject matter experts. Additionally, you will analyze data, develop prototypes, and assist in creating test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions. Your ability to collaborate with various team members and monitor the effectiveness of solutions will be critical to project success. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows. - Knowledge of Supply Chain Process with a focus on the PO Process, Receipts, Invoice Processing. - Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop prototypes or mockups to visualize solutions. - Assist in creating test plans and test cases. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other team members. - Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a relevant industry. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes. - Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
