Job Description

Role Overview: As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network at Accenture, you will be working with clients from various industries to provide expertise in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your role will involve developing innovative learning strategies and solutions, assisting clients in managing organizational change, and contributing to shaping the future workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the client team to understand business problems, identify solution approaches, and guide the design, development, and delivery phases. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis to create the training curriculum. - Develop detailed content outlines aligned with the curriculum. - Establish design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the learning solution. - Engage with internal and client stakeholders to create effective training deliverables. - Review training materials to ensure quality meets project standards and industry norms. - Identify and communicate risks to Project Leads/Functional Managers, proposing solutions or alternatives. - Mentor instructional designers and content developers to enhance their skills. - Provide constructive feedback to enhance the instructional design capabilities of the team. - Explore opportunities to integrate innovative learning strategies into the solution. - Utilize expertise in instructional design, research, content analysis, and knowledge of industry trends. - Proficient in industry-standard design tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, and client-specific authoring tools. - Work in a diverse global environment, demonstrating cross-cultural competence. - Possess strong interpersonal and writing skills along with business acumen. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation in any specialization, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations. - Minimum 6+ years of experience in content development and instructional designing. - Extensive experience in developing and delivering various training modalities such as Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, simulations, job aids, and guides. - Ability to lead and coach small teams independently.
