Consultant- Instructional Design

You will be working as an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice of the S&C Global Network at Accenture. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams, conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing content outlines, designing learning solutions, reviewing training deliverables, and identifying risks and solutions. You will also coach instructional designers, provide feedback, and implement new learning strategies. Your role will require expertise in instructional design tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, and SAP Enable Now.
