Job Description

As an Instructional Design Specialist within the Talent & Organization (T&O) team at S&C Global Network, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from various industries in Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating innovative learning strategies and solutions, supporting organizational change, and contributing to shaping the future workforce. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with client teams to understand business challenges, develop training curriculum through Training Needs Analysis, and create detailed content outlines aligned with the curriculum. You will be responsible for establishing design standards, guidelines, and templates for learning solutions, as well as working closely with internal and client stakeholders to design effective training materials. Additionally, you will review training deliverables to ensure quality compliance with project parameters and industry standards. In this role, you will also provide mentorship to instructional designers and content developers, offer constructive feedback for skill development, and identify opportunities to incorporate new learning strategies. Proficiency in instructional design, content analysis, and familiarity with industry-standard authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia will be essential. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any specialization, preferably in fields like Journalism, Mass Communication, or English Literature. With at least 6 years of experience in content development and instructional design, you will be well-equipped to deliver various training modalities including Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, and application simulations.
