Able to provide consultancy Solution to customer irrespective of product stack used. Drive technical discussions and stand-ups for key deliverables. Identify toil and develop automated solution with reduced effort. Good at troubleshooting level 3 kind of issues for all listed technologies. Experienced with AWS Cloud with CDK using Python. Hands-on with DevOps and pipeline using Github actions. Experienced with Python language Sound knowledge of different file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPs, SFTP, S3 Connect:Direct. Aware about end-to-end transfer architecture including DMZ basic working knowledge of load-balancer and firewalls. Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software s to latest/required level. Coordinate and perform OS DB maintenance activities. Certificate Management involving CSR generation, cert issuing, cert implementation and validation. Work on service requests user fulfilment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc Be able to provide on-call support for priority issues. Understanding of vulnerabilities and how to fix them as per security guidelines. Able to perform Disaster Recovery Know audit requirements and how to coordinate fulfill them.
